Hi I'm Ben. 

My insurance career began working at a captive agency for one of the major direct writers - you know - the guys with the funny commercials.

However, those very commercials were derailing the education I was offering my clients on a daily basis!

Then I went independent. Not only was able to offer options for my clients, but the messaging was no longer garbled.

The purpose of insurance is NOT to save money...right away! Rather, to make sure your family and your business are adequately protected in the event of a loss. 

For owner/operators, this is crucial because their properties are often their paycheck! So that $347 you "saved" could cost you months of income! 

Insuring a vacant property as a Homeowners or an apartment building at the wrong RCV (Replacement Cost) could cost tens of thousands! [And don't forget litigious & vindictive former tenants and employees who can sue first and ask questions later.]

I started working with investors because Commercial Real Estate is a Team Sport. I enjoy playing my role - preemtive problem solver- as well as connecting my clients with other team players to help them build their futures.
